Obituary

Robin Heiner passed away in her sleep on Sunday, March 29, 2020. She was 66 years old. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date (post CovID-19 protocol). Robin Ruth Addleman was born March 25, 1954 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Joseph and Patsy (Mortensen) Addleman. The family moved to Cottonwood, Idaho when Robin was in the 7th grade. She graduated from Prarie High school in 1973 and the family moved to Estacada, Oregon in 1974. On April 12, 1978 Robin married Ken Heiner in Sandy, Oregon. While Ken was in the Marines they were stationed in Tennessee, North Carolina and Japan. After his discharge, they move back to the Portland area to take a tech job. Robin travelled with Ken to foreign job sites. In 2000 Robin and Ken rode a motorcycle across the United States (OR to NC). Robin was a gifted gospel singer who, in addition to leading the Worship Team at Lighthouse Community Church in Gresham (1988-2016), she formed The Lighthouse Harmonies Trio to share God’s Love (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_2nkJ_0O3I). Robin loved to coordinate church and ladies events until she suffered a stroke 4 years ago. A kind and compassionate organizer, her greatest gift was hospitality. Robin joyfully stated giving birth to Anya her greatest accomplishment. Survivors include her husband Ken; daughter, Anya (Reuben) Williams; sisters, Pammie (Joe) Ellis, Sandy Golding; grandsons, Nehemiah and Azariah Williams.

Memories & Tributes

What a wonderfully talented singer who is singing for her savior now in person. She will be missed greatly by all. Wally & Dina
Chuck and I wish to extend our condolences to Ken, Anya and all of her family. I will miss Robin very much, I loved her laugh and fun spirit. When we were ever so young "the tribe" (Ken, Robin, Pam, Joe, Sandy, Judy, Ron, Darla and myself), loved hanging out with each other. I met Robin and Ken working for Tom Moyer Theaters in 1978. Those were the days. Everyone got a long great and we always have been able to pick up where we left off...even if it's been a year in between our visits. She will forever be in my heart and I will treasure those memories forever. Robin is loved and will be missed. Lori Amato
