Obituary

Longtime Estacada resident Richard "Bruce" Dowers passed away at his home Monday March 15, 2021. He was 62 years old.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

Bruce was born March 28, 1958 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Richard Harvey and Donna Lee Dowers. He graduated from David Douglas High School in 1976. He spent most of his adult life in the construction industry as a basement waterproofing installer.

Survivors include his wife Sandra; daughters Theresa, Taylor and Kiersten; son Richard "Brad"; mother, Donna Lee Dowers; 2 brothers; and 6 grandchildren.
