Obituary
Estacada resident, Renae Waits, died Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at her home. She was 43. A celebration of her life will be held 10:00am, Friday, June 14, 2019 at Estacada Funeral Chapel. Private inurnment will be at Lane Memorial Gardens in Eugene, Oregon. Jamie Renae Grace was born April 17, 1976 in Lebanon, Oregon to Joseph and Karin (Stover) Grace. She was raised in Lebanon, and Eugene until her family settled in Oregon City where she graduated from high school. She went to school to be a pharmacy technician and worked at that for many years. On August 3, 2004 she met Cliff Waits. They moved to Estacada in 2012 from Portland. They were married exactly 10 years later on August 3, 2014 in Las Vegas. Renae enjoyed baking, she loved to drive fast, skydiving, swimming with dolphins, looking at stars. Her favorite color was orange, favorite animal was sloths and mermaids. She had a unique and old soul, she also liked motorcycles. Renae was very ambitious in everything she did. Survivors include her husband Cliff; son Kiel Grace; daughter Shaina (Zac) Sorensen twin daughters, Megan Grace and Chastity Grace; 1 granddaughter Kayce Grace; step-mother Lodene Grace; brothers, Travis (Karisa) Grace and Michael Grace; step-sisters, Susie Conley and Kim Leval and nephew Tradan Grace.
