In Loving Memory of

Lucille "Lucy" M. Struble

September 13th, 1939 - March 12th, 2024

Obituary

Lucille "Lucy" Struble passed away and joined her late husband, Elwood "Woody" Struble on March 12, 2024. Along with Woody, we're sure she was greeted by their beloved Rusty Dog.

Lucy was born in Bellefonte on September 13, 1939 to the late James and Catherine Reese. She went to State College Area High School where she met and married Woody. They had 3 boys, Donald (Linda), Ed (Linda Nelson) and the late Bruce (Lori).
Along with her 3 boys she had 4 grandchildren, Sierra Struble (Chad Richard), Leah, the late Matthew Wigfield and Travis Struble and 2 great-grandchildren, Diezel and Ayla Struble.

Lucy loved traveling around in their old bus, making crocheted Afghans and watching hummingbirds as she rocked in her chair. You could count on her daily rounds of phone calls to all her family and friends. She loved her 4th of July parties that ended with a great fire works show and her flower beds were always neat and filled with gladiolas.

Per her request no services will be held, however, she would love for you to make a donation to PAWS or Pets Come First. An online guestbook may be signed and condolences left for the family at www.hakygeorgianafh.com
