Obituary

John was born on June 29, 1933 in Chicago, IL, to John and Cornelia (Blauw) Bronsema. He was raised in Chicago with his three siblings: Ellen, Jeanne and Bill. John graduated from Chicago Christian High School in 1951 and not long after enlisted into the Army where he served two years in Germany as a prisoner guard. 

When he returned to Chicago he married and had three children: (Father) Gregg Bronsema, Rhonda Stott and Michelle Kasziewicz. Later in life he moved to Oregon where he remarried Christina (Miers) and helped to raise his step-son, Brian Hetrick.

John was a very caring, kind and compassionate person who had a love for gardening and life itself.  He had true devotion and an upmost highest esteem for the love of God.  He was one of a kind and will be truly missed but never forgotten.
