Obituary

Gresham resident, Douglas Haskins, died at MT Hood Legacy hospital in Gresham on Thursday, October 24, 2019. He was 77. At his request, no service will be held. Douglas Macarthur was born July 23, 1942 in Neillsville Wisconsin to Hezekiah and Ethel (Radke) Haskins. He married Irene Radke November of 1969 in Wisconsin. They moved to the Portland area in 1972 where he worked as a machinist for Oeco which later became Western Precision making airplane parts. After working there for 25 years, Douglas retired due to illness in 1997. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, riding motorcycles, following the Portland Trailblazers and coin collecting. Survivors include his daughter, Karrie Caudle and her husband Arlen; grandchildren Hailey and Patrick and great grandson, Gaije. Brother and sister in law Milton and Joann Haskins. Sister, Pearl Marshall.
