David Knuth Obituary
Addison, IL – David G. Knuth, age 70, unexpectedly passed away on July 25, 2023, at his cabin in Kansasville, Wisconsin. He was born on April 7, 1953, to parents Edward and Dorothy (nee. Dappen) Knuth. Dave attended grade school and high school at St. Michaels in Chicago, IL. He received his bachelor's degree from Loyola University in 1975. On August 18, 1979, Dave married the love of his life, Carol Fraser. They were married for 44 years and had two children together. Dave was an adventurer and explorer, and he loved going fishing at his cabin. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family. Dave was a great dad and was much loved by everyone he met. He will be dearly missed.

Dave is survived by his loving wife, Carol; sons, Mikel and Thomas Knuth; grandson, Alasdair Knuth; siblings, Ed (Jane) Knuth, Diane (Doug) Wolfe, and Denise Knuth; nieces and nephews, Kristina, Christopher and Katie Knuth, Jason (Deena), John (Katie) and Matt (Ali) Wolfe, Sarah Knuth – Schroeder (David) and Tim Schroder; and his beloved pups, Remy and Bella.
Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Dorothy Knuth.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, August 3 at St Alexander Parish in Villa Park, IL from 11:15 am – 12:15 pm with a funeral mass to begin at 12:15. Burial will immediately follow at Bronswood Cemetery in Oak Brook, IL.
