Obituary

Christopher "Chris" David King died at his home on Friday September 28, 2018. He was 61.

Chris was born August 8, 1957 in Portland, Oregon to Newton "Newt" and Valora "Vickie" (Mesenbrink) King. Chris was raised in Estacada and attended school there through 1976, where he met and married Lauri Crombie. They had three children together, Jacob, Shawna and Joy. He later met and married Aloma Bain. Chris enjoyed fishing and arguing politics but his greatest treasure was family. For most of his working career he was a Portland area truck driver.

Survivors include his wife Aloma Bain, sisters Judy Beisell and Kirstin Ackerman; brother Gary King; his children and their spouses Jacob and Lanelle King, Shawna and Robert Mireles, and Joy and Jason Wiseman; stepsons Michael and Matthew; many grandchildren and a large extended family.
