Angie was born in San Jose, California on October 16th, 1977. She spent her childhood in southern California, later moving north with her family in her teen years to Crescent City. Angie met her late husband Sean in Crescent City, later marrying and moving to Oregon to raise her family. After her beloved husband Sean passed away unexpectedly at the age of 32, Angie relocated to Sacramento with her young family. She fell in love with the city and thrived during her time there, adopting it as her hometown. After a time, she found herself back in Crescent City, which allowed her to be close to family and lifelong friends.
Angie was best known for her vibrant personality and love for her family and friends. Her ear-to-ear smile and infectious laugh could capture a room on even the gloomiest of days. Angie was a passionate soul, and someone who loved BIG. She knew just what to say when someone needed support and didn’t hesitate to give it. She would give anything to those in need and would often create care packages for homeless people and help underprivileged people in any way she could. She loved caring for children, and pursued education in Children and Family studies. She often nannied for families and created deep bonds with the children she cared for. Her greatest purpose in life, however, was to be a mother to her two boys, Zackery and Xander. She was a dedicated mother and a fierce protector. She was incredibly proud her kids and would show off their achievements any chance she could get.
It is through the people Angie loved, her friends and family, that her legacy will live on. A celebration of life will be held this summer for family and friends. Angie’s ashes will be scattered in a private ceremony with her family at their property, where her late husband’s ashes also reside.
