Obituary

Sandy resident, Albert Foster, died January 26, 2021. He was 83.

Jack was born on October 12th, 1937 to William and Winifred (Read) Foster. He grew up in Valentine, Nebraska with his 12 brothers and sisters. In 1963 Jack moved to Oregon and to the Sandy area. Through his career as mechanic and service manager for the automotive industry, receiving several awards and certificates.

Jack made many friends doing what he loved, including cattle ranching, rodeo’s, braking horses and farming. He was will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his two children, daughter Carol Jean Schumacher of Wisconsin and son William Scott Foster of Oregon. 5 grandchildren along with 5 great-grandchildren.

Uncle Jack will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. He was always kind, recognized who you were, and was friendly when we saw him at family gatherings.
