Frank Sinatra and Sam were right. They did it their way.
Sam, who always called himself “The Old Fart”, said he would work until the last day. This was true, he did.
Sam found his true calling in life, real estate, twenty years ago. After that he concentrated on a single goal in life. He met that goal.
He had a few valuable friends.
He was survived by his son.
