Obituary

Donna Rae Dougherty, 76 of Indianapolis passed away Monday, January 15, 2024, at home with her son by her side. She was born on February 20, 1947 to the late Donna Liford. 

Donna's hobbies were BINGO and her weekly devotion to the Lottery. She retired from the Marion County Assessor's Office where she spent 30 plus years. 

Donna is survived by her only son Brian P. Harper, Sr., brother Chris (Becky) Liford and sister Cindy (Danny) Webster; grandchildren Tabatha, Brian, Jr., Brandon, Mark, Kayla; great grandchildren Blake, Arianna and Braxton and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be January 22, 2024 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Donna will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
