Obituary

Mrs. Dawn Buchanan, age 57 of Florence, passed away on May 7, 2024.

Mrs. Buchanan was a lovable, strong woman with a heart of gold. She always went out of her way to help anyone in need. She was an animal lover and enjoyed to do yardwork. She loved to craft things, but she especially loved the art of engraving.
Mrs. Buchanan is survived by her husband of 34 years, James Buchanan; siblings, Troy, Lyle and Elyce; sons, Jimmy and Sean Buchanan; numerous nieces and nephews; and her fur babies, Chichi and Brutus.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the charity of your choice.
