Obituary

Roxanna Sue Boger, 69, of Fort Wayne, passed away peacefully in her home May 1, 2022.  She was born August 9, 1952 in Fort Wayne to Kenneth and Dorothy (Tschannen) Boger.

Roxanna graduated from Davis Elkins College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.  She is the mother of one son, Jason Souers.  Roxanna worked for many years and retired from AT&T.  In retirement, she enjoyed spending time tending to her houseplants and watching puzzle game shows on television.  She loved her grandchildren dearly and worked to make time with them special.  Roxanna will be greatly missed.

Roxanna will be forever remembered by her son, Jason (Candice Lewark) Souers; grandchildren, Brittany, Jocelyn, and Jaxson Souers; brother, Robert “Buzz” Boger; nieces and nephew, Nikki, Kayla, and Braxton; and dear friends, Diane Ruff and Lonnie Lewark.

A memorial service will be held at a later date as yet to be determined.  Covington Memorial Funeral Home has the privilege of serving Ms. Boger’s family.
