Obituary
Raymond D. Kalpin (92), of Jacksonville, FL
(Previously of Palm City), passed away peacefully on Friday, April 29th with his wife Ana by his side.
Raymond was a Korean War
wounded veteran who received a Purple Heart for his service in the US
Army. After his service for his country,
Raymond started his own business as a contractor for maintenance in the medical
field. Raymond was an avid golfer and fisherman throughout his life.
Raymond was preceded in death
by his first wife, Julia; his parents John and Amelia Kalpin; and brothers Fred
& John Kalpin.
He was survived by his wife
Ana “Betty” Kalpin of Jacksonville, FL; sons, Raymond D. Kalpin of Palm City,
Arthur J Kalpin of North Carolina, and Stephen Kalpin of Medford, CT; brothers
Robert Kalpin of Long Island, NY and Arthur Kalpin of Palm City, FL.
A visitation will take place
on Saturday, May 7th at 10 am at Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City, FL
followed by a Funeral at 11:00 am. Entombment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
