Leslie Schull

Obituary

     Leslie W. Schull went home to be with Jesus on May 7, 2022 at the IU Ball Memorial Hospital. He was born to Hubert and Martha (Phillips) Schull on July 8, 1930. He was a 1948 graduate of Center High School. Leslie served in the U.S. Army as a medic in Korea from 1951 to 1953. He was a Federal Meat Inspector for the USDA for over 30 years, and after retiring from that, he drove a school bus for Delaware Community Schools (Delta) for over 10 years. Leslie attended Rejoice Ministries and participated in various activities as well as served on the board. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and college basketball. 

     Leslie is preceded in death by his parents, brother, sister-in-law (Donald and Marjorie) Schull, and his sister and brother-in-law (Doris and Tim) Scott.

  Survivors include his wife of over 68 years, Suzanne, his daughter Marji (Husband Tim) King, his grandsons Tim (wife Maria) King and Joe (wife Chelsie) King. Other survivors include great grandchildren Malachi, Alex, Tatelynn, Elijah and Gabriel, as well as several nieces and nephews,

    Services will be held on Friday May 13, 2022 at Garden View Funeral Home with Paster Bob Fair officiating. Calling will be from 12:00P.M.-1:00P.M. with services following at 1:00P.M. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
