July 17th, 1965 - May 9th, 2022

Obituary

James P. DeRespino, 56, of Coral Springs, FL entered into eternal rest on Monday May 9, 2022. He is survived by his two children Taylor and Nicholas. Also left to cherish his memory is his sister Dana and her children Samantha and Stefanie, Cousins Peter and Anthony, and his nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Father, Grandparents, Aunt and Uncle.

James was born on July 17, 1965 in Brooklyn, New York to his parents Romeo and Theresa. He attended grammar school at St. Marks in sheepshead bay. He later attended high school at Xaverian Brothers High School, then proceeded his education at St. John's University to graduate in 1988 with an accounting degree. On October 17, 1998, James married Lisa for 14 years. They welcomed two children together, Taylor and Nicholas. They later moved to Parkland, Florida in July 2005. James was self-employed.

James was the life of the party. “If you didn't come to party then you should go home!” he always quoted. James is most remembered for his larger than life personality. He always put a smile on everyone's faces and lived his life to the fullest. James loved watching sports, specifically the New York Yankees. He loved socializing, but most importantly being a father.
