Franklin Pierce Huntington, age 98
Was born in Benton County, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, infant daughter Judy, his mother and father, 4 brothers and one sister.
He is survived by his son, Gary of Anderson, IN, his daughter, Debra Dickinson of Selma, IN. grandsons Danny Dickinson of Selma, IN. and Jason Dickinson (Stephanie) great grand children Gabrielle Collins (Isaac), Joseph and Shelby of Selma, IN.
Pierce was a World War 2 Veteran serving 4 years in the 13th Airborne where he received a Bronze Star. He worked at Warner Gear for thirty years retiring in '77. He was also a real estate Broker and home builder in the Selma area for 50 years.
He and his wife were members of the 16th Street Church of God for over 50 years.
Service will be Saturday May 7, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. St. Rd. 3, Muncie, IN 47303. Calling will be from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. with burial to follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
