Obituary
Arturo Villar age 92, passed away peacefully at his residence on April 27, 2022. Arturo was born in Colon Cuba on March 3, 1930. He immigrated to the United States from Cuba in 1962 and resided in Miami for his entire remaining life. He is survived by his loving wife, Irma Villar. He is also survived by his four loving Daughters, Irma Villar and husband Frank Hirt Jr., Lourdes Villar, Silvia Villar and Ana (Ani) Arceneaux and husband Joel Arceneaux. Additionally, he is survived by his two Grandson’s that he raised since childhood, Tony Kunkel and Leon Kunkel. Tony’s wife Lyndsay, and four children, Andrew, Emma, Rhone and Seine. Leon’s wife Lisette, and three children, Stephanie, Madison and Abigail. Arturo also has one great great Grandchild by Stephanie Kunkel, Miguelito.
Arturo was a family man who worked multiple jobs to provide for his family. He enjoyed playing pool, dominoes and watching the Mets and Marlins on TV. He encouraged his Grandson’s to attend college and to achieve their education and both have been very successful in life. Our Father’s love was unconditional, loving and full of sacrifices. We are all very blessed to have had him in our lives and he will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
The funerall services will be held at Vista Funeral Home at 14200 NW 57th Ave., Miami Lakes on Monday May 2nd for viewing between the hours of 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. This burial will follow beginning at 2:30 PM.
